Products & Handmade Variations

Twoscentsbybri, LLC. offers handmade candles and related products. Because our products are handmade, slight variations in appearance, color, wax texture, fragrance strength, labels, and other details may occur. These variations are normal and do not indicate that a product is defective.

Product photos and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible; however, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, and your device display.

Fragrance Selection

Fragrance preferences are subjective. Customers are responsible for reviewing scent descriptions and selecting their desired fragrance before completing an order.

Disliking a fragrance after receiving your order does not qualify the item for a return, exchange, or refund.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or circumstances that prevent us from completing the order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, shipping, delivery, and pickup information when placing an order.

Custom & Personalized Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting a custom order. Custom or personalized items cannot be changed once production has begun and are final sale.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Twoscentsbybri, LLC. does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, scent preference, or used products.

If an order arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery with their order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Approved damaged-item claims are eligible for a replacement of the same item, subject to availability. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for additional information.

Shipping, Local Delivery & Pickup

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside of our control.

Customers selecting local pickup are responsible for arranging and completing pickup after receiving pickup instructions.

Customers selecting local delivery will receive communication regarding their delivery. Delivery availability and fees are determined by the delivery address entered at checkout.

Candle Use & Safety

Candles must be used responsibly and according to the safety instructions provided with the product.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep burning candles away from children, pets, drafts, flammable materials, and other potential hazards.

Twoscentsbybri, LLC. is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper use, failure to follow candle-care instructions, or misuse of a product, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping, and delivery charges will be calculated at checkout when required.

Prices, promotions, discount codes, and product availability may change at any time.

Intellectual Property

The Twoscentsbybri name, branding, logos, product photographs, designs, website content, and original materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission from Twoscentsbybri, LLC.
